Natural Alternatives to Using Antiperspirant
I stopped using antiperspirant once I found out about the dangerous aluminum chlorohydrate and other toxic compounds that almost every antiperspirant contains. Instead I whip up my own deodorant. It took a lot of trial and error to find just the right recipe for me, but I’ll pass along a very basic recipe that’s good for a beginner.
Homemade Deodorant – Smell the Freshness!
Directions: Mix 1/4 cup baking soda, 1/4 cup cornstarch and 5 Tablespoons coconut oil and store in an airtight container in a cool area.
Enjoy your new safe and natural deodorant which is also very inexpensive and effective!
