Are You Living a Sweet, Juicy, Delicious Life?
Sweet, scrumptious, tasty, juicy, and satisfying, does that sound like your life? If not, it may be time for you to start living deliciously. In my new book, Delicious! The Savvy Woman’s Guide to Living a Sweet, Sassy and Satisfied Life” I help women create their own unique recipe for living a delicious life. One of the most essential ingredients to have before you begin whipping up your delicious life is the “knowing” that everything you need, you already have. You already possess what I call “juicy goodness” (your gift, purpose and light). I believe it’s our responsibility to discover our juicy goodness and share it with the world by showing up, shining bright and letting it ooze into the lives of others.
Every woman deserves to be delicious. A delicious woman is breathtaking and when she walks into a room her sweet and delightful “soul scent” enters, permeates, lingers long after she is gone. Her scent confirms she’s done the work from the inside and is confident, bold, intentional and passionate about who she is and what she stands for. A delicious woman embraces her limitations, showcases her strengths, is comfortable in her own skin and fearlessly creates a life she loves. A delicious woman refuses to make excuses, takes responsibility for her life, steps boldly into her personal power and lives in the right now moment.
Becoming a delicious woman and living a delicious life first begins with a soul pantry cleanse where you remove the toxicity (spoiled ingredients) from your life to create space for the goodness you desire. You then make the choice to get yourself out of the way, take back your life, discover and define your flavor, love the skin you are in and finally release your juicy joy. Becoming delicious from the inside out takes time and I know you can do it and create the life you dream of.
The transformation requires you to do daily self-reflection and seek the answers you desire for your life. In my book, I offer readers 25 Questions to Create a Delicious Life but here’s a few to get you started.
- Are you living the life of your dreams?
- How is fear keeping me paralyzed?
- What makes my heart sing?
- Who or what is controlling the quality of my life?
- If I don’t wake up in the morning, have I lived life to the fullest?
Revealing the answers to these questions is the foundation for creating a delicious life you love. It’s your life and you have two choices; live a life you anticipate, crave and love or continue to live a bland life that’s cooked up by everyone and everything but your desires. Choose to live deliciously and do it now because your sweet life is waiting for you to whip it up, taste it, devour it and savor the flavor.
