5 Top Tips to Feel Great & Look Younger
We all want to feel younger and look great. Here are 5 top tips to help you do just that!
Don’t try to dress “young”
Don’t try to dress younger than you are. You will just look desperate. You need to dress in a flattering way for your age and make it stylish. Update your wardrobe often, and invest in some good, flattering pieces. (Just because something still fits, doesn’t mean you should still be wearing it.) Try at least one shopping session with a personal shopper and pay attention to women who look good. Notice what they are doing that makes them look vibrant and healthy. Oh, and get fitted for new bras! Get those girls up and your body will look so much better in your clothes!
Get tons of sleep
We all need our rest! A rested face always looks better than a tired one. You’ll look better and feel better too.
Update your hairstyle
Update your hairstyle every couple of years or more often. Invest in a good cut, and don’t keep your hair color too dark.
Eat and drink in a healthy way
Drink lots of water and eat healthy foods. Hydration and good nutrition will show up in your face. Your waistline will thank you too.
Stop smoking and drinking
Stop smoking and limit alcohol and caffeine consumption. These things are definitely aging.
We cannot stop the aging completely, but we don’t have to look old!
