I had to pass on this information to you. Every time the weather changes and it starts to get cold outside, I have a skin condition where my heels dry out and crack. And I mean cracking and splitting to the point where they are very painful.
My feet had already started the dry, hard skin process and from there it leads to cracking. So, this year, I decided to be proactive and not wait until the skin condition is in full bloom. I found this great product called My Solemate. It’s a pumice stone and moisturing soap in one – one side is the pumice stone and the other side is a moisturizing soap.
The process is real easy – you simple soak your feet (which I do in the bath), lather your foot with the soap, then use the pumice stone. As soon as you get out of the bath, you apply the peppermint foot lotion that comes free with your order. I’ve done this for a couple weeks now and I’m really amazed that my heels are as soft as they are. The dry, hard skin around my heels is gone and they’re just soft. I don’t remember them being that soft since I was a young kid.
So, check them out – My Solemate - and let me know what you think!

I never heard of My SoleMate ! I couldnt find it on Amazon – but I did a little search and it looks really cool. I love 2 in one products.
I have nothing against using topicals, in fact they can feel down right good, but they never address the real problem leading to cracked heels, moisture loss.
Obesity, medical conditions, treatments for other diseases can all lead to the skin being unable to keep up with enough moisture to keep from drying and cracking. Topicals can plump the skin up temporarily, but they do nothing to aid the body in preventing moisture loss.
SoleMates socks were medically designed to do exactly that-prevent moisture loss so you are attacking the problem and not the symptom.
