Here are two professional beauty secrets to drying your nail polish fast!

Beauty Secret #1 – A nail specialist in Austin, TX (Belinda Rivera) claims this is the fastest way to dry your nail polish.  Allow your nails to air dry for 2 minutes, then submerge them in ice-cold water for 3 minutes, which is enough time for the polish to harden completely.

Beauty Secret #2 – Blast your nails with cool air from a hair dryer in between coats.  This helps each layer of color dry as you go.

Beauty Tip: Old nail polish can take forever to dry, since time can turn polish gooey and thick.  Toss bottles when the polish begins to change color or separate.  At this point, the lacquer has probably thickened and become unusable.
