All the health articles today tell us that blueberries are one of the Superfoods for 2010.   I like blueberries but just popping a handful in my mouth every day isn’t all that appealing to me, so I found a few different ways to serve these low-cal, antioxidant-rich berries:

  1. Add dried blueberries  to oatmeal cookie batter.
  2. Blend 1 cup frozen blueberries with 1/2 cup each orange juice and vanilla yogurt and you get a healthy smoothie.
  3. Top your salad with 1/4 cup blueberries and 2 tablespoons Gorgonzola cheese.
