Jennifer Aniston Beauty Tips
- Nude Makeup – She prefers warm, natural colors, like nude lipstick, as well as beige and brown eye shadow colors.
- Diet– Although she tries not to waste too much water in the bath, because she claims to only take a bath for 3 minutes, she says she needs water to drink in large quantities and admits to drinking Smartwater and eating baby food when she feels like she needs to lose a few pounds.
- Hair Care – Jennifer really likes her long hair and often changes the hemisphere of it – sometimes parting it in the middle, sometimes on the side. She also does not apply a lot of hair products.
- Hair Style – When she puts her hair in a ponytail hair style, she doesn’t like it to be too neat. Chris McMillan, Jennifer’s hairstylist, says she does not like too neat or tight and often pulls out a bit of hair for that “little messy look.”
Jennifer Aniston’s Workout Routine
Jen spends much of her spare time in the gym doing cardio, running every day, or riding a bike. When she’s working on a movie, Jennifer has her trainer, Mandy Ingber, with her, who makes sure Jen's up at 3:00 a.m. and she works out for TWO HOURS! They do two hours of yoga, followed by 20 minutes on the elliptical trainer or treadmill set at 5.7 mph on a 1.5 incline.
