Learn how to achieve the following smokey cat eye in these eye makeup tips from celebrity makeup artist, Suze Heydt.  With turned up outer corners of your eye and the proper shading, your eyes are given a dramatic depth that will really stand out.

The key to achieving this look was blending the bronze and black shadow on the upper eyelid with a medium periwinkle blue shadow to add depth on the outside corner. To add pop, blend a bright, iridescent white shadow just under the black gel liner at the inside corner underneath the eye.
