Diet Secrets From The Stars!

Ever wonder how the celebrities stay so slim?  I do.  So, I did some research and here’s what I found.

Heidi Klum – says adding Epsom Salts to a hot bath releases trapped fats, purges toxins, and reduces the appearance of cellulite.  The salts are actually a combination of magnesium and sulfate – the minerals are absorbed through the pores into the blood, which lowers cortisol levels (a hormone that stores body fat).

Jennifer Lopez – swears by breathing in the scent of grapefruit oil.  When volunteers breathed in the scent, they experienced a rush of serotonin in the brain, a hormone that helped them feel less anxious, so they were less likely to binge.

Faith Hill – snacks on edamame to calm her cravings.  A Japanese snack of soybeans , which are full of hunger-reducing fiber and protein.  They also have phytoestrogens that help balance out-of-whack hormones that create cravings.

Gwyneth Paltrow and Rihanna – drink coconut water to increase energy.  Because it’s so hydrating, pure coconut water speeds up the metabolic rate, which assists with fat burning and reduces water weight.

Kelly Ripa – enjoys Greek yogurt to flatten her tummy.  They say that dairy actually helps you lose weight.  It has protein and calcium – nutrients that boost metabolism.

Julia Roberts – knits to stop stress eating!  Julia brings her knitting with her on set – she says it relives anxiety and tension – the two top culprits behind emotional eating.
