New Ways To Get Whiter Teeth!
Every year we spend money on teeth whitening toothpastes, whitening strips, and even dental upkeep and expensive professional teeth whitening sessions, yet we are still constantly fighting for our pearly whites. This is because, no matter what we do to fight it, we do two things every single day that yellow our teeth; eat and drink.
These two daily rituals obviously can’t be cut out of our routines, but, there are things we can easily add into our day that will aid in the fight for our teeth:
Always Rinse: While brushing after every meal sometimes is impossible, with having to eat on the go during a busy day, we can replace brushing after meals with rinsing. Rinse your mouth out right away after eating or drinking red wine or coffee.
Skip The Soda: Pop is full of acid and can erode the enamel of your teeth, making them more prone to stains. The best drink option for your teeth is water. If you do choose to have a sip of something sugary, though, use a straw. Drinking through a straw will help push beverages straight to the back of your mouth and will avoid discoloring your teeth.
Wait To Brush: Some research shows that, despite your urge to rush to brush your teeth after eating something acidy or dark in color, wait at least an hour after eating to brush. The acid in some foods that soften enamel can do more harm than good if brushing immediately after eating.
Consider these tips to help reduce the staining potential of your smile!
