Encouragement Buddy

There are many people who envy our ability to commit to goals and may intend to sabotage our progress. Contrarily, an Encouragement Buddy is one who is excited about our success. Who do you know who believes in you, and is also meeting or striving to meet their goals? Swap stories and encouragement with each other for 5 minutes a few times a week. This mutual support holds us accountable but, more importantly, allows us to feel supported and committed as we maintain our success or strive for new heights.

Your “aha” Moment

When you want to modify your diet, keep a food journal. When you start to write down that you had 5 Mountain Dews, 4 Krispy Kremes and a pack of Doritos you will become more conscious of the fattening stuff you are taking in. The more awareness you have over something the more you can start to control it.
