The Recipe for Losing Fat

There are many components to include in your healthy lifestyle plan.  Losing fat happens when the right combination comes together for a healthier you.  Learn what to include in your weight loss plan that will help you be successful in achieving your goals.

Motivation:

Motivation is the key to weightloss success. When you are excited and interested in your healthy program you will stick to it much more easily. Ask any slimmer what happens when they aren’t motivated and they will tell you they give up. So if you want to succeed make sure you keep your motivation alive. Focus on why you need to do this and how amazing you will look if you stick with it to the end.

Commitment:

Being determination and focused on the journey ahead will help you keep a positive attitude and commitment that will get you to your healthy weight range. When you have a bad day so what, it’s just a bad day, it’s is what you do NOW that counts. As long as you never give up you will get there.

Eating a Balanced, Low Fat Healthy Diet:

Making sure what you put into your mouth is food that will give you energy and vitality. Eating fatty unhealthy food can make you feel sluggish and tired. Avoid food high in sugar, salt and deep fried. I suggest you aim for 40% of your food to be raw so you get lots of color in your diet instead of it being mainly white and browns.

Eating in Moderation:

Having a low fat, low calorie diet is important for weightloss as well as being aware of portion sizes will help you succeed. Weighing food and doing a food diary is a great way to get started. You may be surprised at how much your eating. For example you should have around 2-3 servings of fruit a day, what is a serving size – 5oz. On a sandwich 1 oz of low fat cheese, 1/8th avocado and a small handful of nuts is a serve. If you are overweight you are eating to much so this is an important part to focus on. If you don’t change, nothing will change.

Exercise:

Being fit will help you burn fat and give you great muscle definition. Being active will give you a better quality of life. Get of the couch and move your body, it will help you sleep better, burn fat and get fit.

Thinking and acting like a healthy person will help you achieve your desired weightloss and create the slim, trim fabulous you. JUST DO IT!!
