Five Factory Food Products That Kill Beauty and Health Most

My mission is to influence as many people as I can to stop eating all factory food and to eat only real food. When I see someone eating factory food I have a visceral reaction. It’s gross to begin with and then to see someone putting that stuff into his or her mouth, chewing and swallowing it!

 
Please make note to self: “If you eat factory food, you will be much less attractive than you would be if you ate real food, because you are what you eat.”
 
Thankfully people are waking up to this realization and they want to know the difference between real food and factory food so that they can make better choices. Real food is picked, gathered, milked, hunted, or fished from a clean, healthy environment and has not had any science fiction processing done to it.
 
Factory food products are made from real food that’s broken down in laboratories and factories, using heat and chemical solvents, into its basic components. The components are then mixed with colored dyes, preservatives, synthetic vitamins, and hundreds of other substances. Teams of chemists and “food flavorists” manipulate the chemical composition of recipes so the resulting products titillate taste buds and have appealing “bite characteristics” and “mouth-feel,” along with a maximum shelf life. Factory products lack the life-sustaining nutrients necessary to maintain healthy metabolic processes and are mostly foreign and toxic to human physiology.
 
Industrialized animal products (meat, dairy, fish, poultry, and eggs) that are produced in Concentrated Animal Feeding Operations (CAFOs) are also factory products, not food. Because of the poisons in animal feed and the drugs animals are given to keep them alive long enough to slaughter, CAFO products contain toxins that can harm human beings.
 
All this said, there are five factory food products that are particularly deadly. Consuming these products will make you fat, sick, dumb, depressed and a lot less attractive. Because poisons chip, chip, chip away at your health and as your health deteriorates on a cellular level so does your appearance.

Diet sodas
Cereal
Bad fats
Bottled salad dressing
Soy
 
Diet sodas
Besides having zero nutritional value, diet drinks are arguably one of the most artificial substances people ingest. Aspartame (among other things) generates free radicals in your system. Free radicals create what’s called oxidation, which destroys cellular membranes. Aspartame is associated with cancer tumors, seizures, neurological problems, type 2 diabetes, imbalanced flora in the gut (GI problems), and obesity. Splenda is not an option as it is a chlorinated molecule and chlorine is definitively linked to cancer.
 
Cereal
All I can say at this point is, “wow” at the idea of anyone eating cereal for breakfast. Regular or health food brands are as nutritional as eating cardboard, only they are also delivery devices for sugar, GMO grains, and arbitrary amounts of added synthetic nutrients. In nature, foods are instilled with perfect ratios of nutrients. Manufacturers often add synthetic nutrients that are currently in vogue to products like cereal. Another reason they add certain nutrients is to satisfy the FDA requirements for the American Heart Association’s “heart healthy” logo so they can trick people into believing that eating cereal can protect them from heart disease. Cereal is a dead food and a horrible way to start the day. It’s especially unhealthy to end the day with cereal, and it is a favorite bedtime snack for many. Nice and fattening.
 
Bad fats
I could go on before I even start! Bad fats in a nutshell are those that are not found in nature, such as fat processed out of a corncob. (Very different than pressing oil out of an oily olive.) Bad fats are molecularly damaged from heat, light, air, and chemical processing so that they are rife with free radicals. They are also high in omega 6, which has greatly contributed to the skewed omega 3 to 6 ratio. Historically perfect when people and animals ate real food, the omega 3 to 6 ratio was 1:2. Now it is 1:50 and this has contributed to the rise in cancer.
 
Some examples of bad fats are those that are artificial such as margarine, and otherwise partially hydrogenated fats, shortening, “omega 3 spreadable spreads” and other fake butters, as well as corn, cottonseed, canola, soy, safflower, and sunflower oils. Bad fats promote inflammation and inflammation not only causes heart disease and other illnesses, but it does not look good on your face or body.
 
Bottled salad dressing
Ugh! Besides all the really damaged fats in bottled salad dressings, they contain a lot of very strange chemicals. These chemicals (especially if the bottle is plastic) are xenohormones. Xenohormones are estrogen mimickers that confuse your endocrine system leading to disease and obesity. Why not make salad dressing? Experiment with varying amounts of expeller pressed organic olive oil, lemon juice and various types of vinegar from dark and white balsamic to red wine to rice wine, a little cane sugar or honey, mustard, sea salt and pepper).
 
Soy
Seriously? Soy contains so many bad things, but the two most alarming are phytoestrogen and goitrogens. Phytoestrogen is a female hormone in plant form. Phytoestrogen disrupts endocrine function and is an antithyroid agent. A hundred grams of soy protein provides the estrogenic equivalent of the pill. Phytoestrogen in soy is linked to infertility, breast cancer, hypothyroidism, thyroid cancer, earlier cognitive decline, cancer, and reproductive problems in men and women. It shouldn’t be eaten in large amounts by anyone especially men and kids. (Historically Asians at two teaspoons a day of naturally fermented soy. Today people eat soy all day long mostly from Monstanto GMO Round Up Ready soy in the form of highly processed tofu, hot dogs, and other artificial products.)
 
Goitrogens block thyroid function. Having gone through a thyroid crash and living with low thyroid function, I can attest to how difficult it is to lose body fat and regain optimal health. Many people with a low-functioning thyroid never recover and remain overweight and obese.
 
You can’t just eat a lot of poisonous stuff and then try to ameliorate the damage by having an apple a day or a once a day synthetic vitamin pill. If you eat fake foods, they will rob you of your vitality, your health on a cellular level, and thus your attractiveness.
 
When you stop eating all factory food products you’ll experience and see noticeable differences in your mind, body, and spirit. Real food is the most important component of my healthy, sexy, happy program. I hope this article has caused even one person to put down his or her diet drinks, cereal, bad fats, bottled salad dressing, and soy forever.
