How to Lose Weight Using Portion Control

Portion Control & Musical Health!

Portion control

Eat breakfast for lunch. Why not eat cereal at 12:00 noon? Do not confuse hunger with appetite.  Eat what you are craving so you do not eat your way through the craving and end up eating it anyway.
Want that piece of cake?
Have it.  But grab a better choice with the next meal to make up for it!
Working out does not have to be a homework assignment.  It should be fun!  So, pop on those headphones and always remember, hear the music, feel the beat and never stop movin‘ in your body and in your life!

Don’t Cut Snacks Out, Portion Them Out

Portion out the day’s snacks into pint-size zip bags or buy single-serving portions. Count out your nuts in servings. Grapes have about 2 calories per grape. Portion nut butter in golf ball sizes. Eat half of a grapefruit. Portion hummus prior to snacking. Remember to have a protein AND a carb for longer lasting energy. These quick tricks can save 175 calories (over two snacks).
