Tuna Encrusted with Salba and Sesame Seeds
- 4 tuna steaks
- 2 tsp Salba Seed oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 3 tbsp Salba Whole Seeds
- 1 tbsp. black pepper
Heat salba seed oil in a skillet over medium heat. Dash salt on tuna steaks. Combine salba and sesame seeds in a small bowl, and coat tuna with sesame seeds. Cook tuna in pan for 3 minutes on each side.
