Fight Aging With Raw Cacao Powder
These muffins are made from all natural ingredients and contain the super food raw cacao powder. Cacao contains more antioxidants than red wine, green tea and blueberries along with a rich supply of magnesium, calcium, zinc, iron, copper and potassium. Best of all, they are an extremely healthy way to satisfy those chocolate cravings!
Chocolate Super Muffins
- Chocolate protein powder – 2 scoops
- Instant oatmeal – 1 packet
- Raw Cacao powder – 2 tablespoons
- Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
- Stevia Zero Calorie Sweetener – 2 packets (2 grams)
- Egg whites – 6
- Water – ½ cup
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix chocolate powder, oatmeal, cocoa, stevia and baking powder in a medium bowl. Then add egg whites and water. Stir until completely mixed. Place muffin cups into a muffin pan and spray with cooking oil. Pour muffin mix into muffin cups. Cook for 25 minutes. Enjoy! NUTRITION INFORMATION – Makes 8 muffins.
