Roast Beef Wraps


2 Tablespoons Fat-Free Sour Cream
2 Tablespoons Fat-Free Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons Crumbled Blue Cheese
¼ Teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
4 (8”) Whole Wheat Tortillas
½ Pound Reduced-Sodium, Thinly Sliced Deli Roast Beef
2 Cups Fresh Arugula Leaves
½ Cup Thinly Sliced Red Onion


  1. Combine sour cream and next 3 ingredients in a small bowl. Spread 1½ tablespoons sour cream mixture over each tortilla.  Top evenly with roast beef, arugula, and onion.  Roll up tortillas tightly; cut each in half crosswise, and secure with a wooden pick, if necessary.
