Wasabi Tuna Pita


1 (6 oz) Can Solid White Tuna in Water – drained
2 Tablespoons Light Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons sweet pickle relish
2 Tablespoons Finely Chopped Red Onion
½ Teaspoon Wasabi Powder (dried Japanese horseradish)
2 (6”) Whole Wheat Pitas – cut in half
4 Red Leaf Lettuce Leaves
4 (¼“thick) SlicedTomato


  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl and stir well.
  2. Line each pita half with a lettuce leaf and tomato slice.
  3. Fill with ¼ cup tuna salad.
