Soy Pancakes
Serving: 16
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
1 cup soy flour
2-3/4 cup all-purpose flour
3 TB baking powder
3 TB sugar
1-1/2 tsp salt
3 egg
3 cups soy milk
6 TB salad oil
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together until moistened. (Add extra milk for thinner pancakes.)
- Spray griddle with a non-stick cooking spray.
- Preheat to 350 degrees.
- Pour 1/2 cup of batter on griddle for each pancake.
- Cook and flip until brown on each side and firm centers.
