Hash Brown and Sausage Skillet
3 Ounces Smoked Turkey Sausage – coarsely chopped
1 Cup Pre-Chopped Onion
2 Cups Frozen Hash Browns with Peppers and Onions
½ Cup Chopped Red Bell Pepper
½ Cup Frozen Corn – thawed
1/8 Teaspoon Salt
- Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add sausage; sauté 2 minutes. Transfer sausage to a plate.
- Add onion to skillet; cook 5 minutes or until tender, stirring often. Reduce heat to medium; add reserved sausage, potatoes, and remaining ingredients; stir gently. Cook, uncovered, 12 minutes or until potatoes are lightly browned.
- Remove from heat; cover and let stand 5 minutes
Makes 3 Servings (1 Cup each).
